Grand County Housing Authority approves multi‑year fire protection service contracts for county properties

The first contract covers Grand Living Senior Homes at a not‑to‑exceed annual amount of $3,454; the second covers Silver Springs Apartments at $6,726 annually (the higher amount reflects additional hood inspections for a community kitchen).
Commissioners approved both three‑year contracts, authorized chair signature and agreed to allow stamping of the chair’s signature if the chair is not available. Staff noted the contracts are subject to annual appropriation and that the Housing Authority will ensure inspections occur prior to USDA/Bradley inspections.
