Water operator reports plant upgrade progress and new remote control panel

Clerk Holder read the water‑project report from operator Phil Landrieu: the department completed sampling and reporting, shut down and winterized summer water systems (Watawau Park, Bark Park, Green Lake Park Beach), and installed a new control‑panel touchscreen to allow remote access to plant operations.
Landrieu also reported a malfunctioning well starter; a replacement starter has been ordered and will be installed on arrival. He said the State Health Department is reviewing revised plant upgrade design plans; once approved, the village will begin the plant-upgrade work. The water operator thanked building/grounds and DPW staff for assistance with repairs and excavations.
