The council authorized the City Manager to enter into a cooperative agreement with Los Angeles County for Washington Boulevard improvements, covering the segment 800 feet west of Crowndale Avenue to 150 feet east of Crowndale Avenue. The contract and budget amendment were not to exceed $305,600 for project administration and construction.
Council adopted Resolution No. 2026–18 to amend the FY 2025–26 budget for the $305,600 expenditure to support the Washington Boulevard work.
