The executive session notice named the positions and individuals discussed: Treasurer/Collector; Jamison Barros; Fire Chief; Jason Phillips, Deputy Fire Chief; and Tammy Pacheco, Finance Director. Because the board met in executive session under the cited statute, the meeting record does not disclose the substance of those strategy discussions. The motion to enter executive session was made at about 5:05 pm and recorded as approved before the board reconvened in open session at 6:05 pm.
