Regarding Amanda Cottle, Dr. Reimer said she had worked through the COVID period focusing on reading and had produced evident gains. He described Emily Smith as effective at incorporating technology and teaching strategies in special education. For Kyle Sosnowski, administration noted his ability to push students outside their comfort zones; Jessica Monaco was credited with successfully moving to older grades and supporting the Seal of Civic Readiness program. All tenure motions were moved and seconded as listed in the official minutes and recorded as unanimous.
