On unanimous vote, the Board authorized the Superintendent of Schools or his designee to apply for state and federal grants in aid and to approve staff attendance at conferences. The Board also authorized the Superintendent to execute change orders related to voter-approved capital projects in amounts up to $10,000; change orders exceeding $10,000 must be presented to the Board for approval prior to execution.
The Board additionally authorized the Superintendent/School Business Administrator to send reasonable assurance letters to faculty regarding 2026–27 employment intent, to establish petty cash funds (Business Office $50; Sports Admissions $60; Varsity Club $100), and to designate the District Treasurer and Superintendent as check signers (with backup). These delegations carry standard reporting requirements to the Board.
