Norco introduces battalion chief Tim Anderson to fire department

Tim Anderson (battalion chief) addressed the council, saying he was "glad to be back home in Norco" and that he looks forward to working with the city. The mayor and councilmembers welcomed the hire and encouraged a smooth transition; Chief Otterman said another battalion chief will be introduced once recovered from injury.
