Christie told the board she "incorporated Eric's suggested edits," and the members reviewed drawing dates and attachments before voting to accept the decision as drafted. Acting Chair Mario Carnavalier called for a motion; a board member moved to accept the special-condition permit as presented and the motion carried on an aye vote.
Board members confirmed the decision package will include the June 11 drawings referenced in the record and the site-visit date of May 12. The decision as approved includes conditions limiting additional accessory-unit bedrooms in accordance with the cited Newbury zoning bylaw language and requires any material changes to return to the Zoning Board for approval.
