The Fayston Development Review Board convened at 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 4 and approved the minutes of its July 7 meeting after a motion by Jim Donkersloot and a second from Beth Eisenhower; the minutes record the vote as 'all in favor.'
Later on the agenda the board considered Applications #4043-4044 (Albrecht). After a completeness review, Ky Koitsch moved to find both applications complete; Beth Eisenhower seconded and the board voted unanimously to accept the applications as complete. Following the applicant’s testimony and board questioning, Beth Eisenhower moved to close the hearing and Jim Donkersloot seconded; the board again voted 'all in favor' to close the public hearing and proceeded to deliberation at 6:37 p.m. The minutes do not document the board’s final decision on the boundary-line adjustment or setback waiver. The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
