Planning consultant proposes 40 condos for Branch Creek Crossing in Franklin

Frymire placed the proposal in the project's review timeline: the team expects to make an initial submittal "on the 10th" (month not specified), followed by a joint conceptual workshop at the end of August, planning commission review in September and anticipated BOMA action in December. She said the two office buildings on the front lots have already been constructed and that this revision affects only the undeveloped rear lot.
The neighborhood meeting was recorded and will be posted on Franklin City's website. Frymire opened the floor for questions but reported none were raised and then closed the meeting.
