CIPC to use MUNIS open-projects data as staff follow-up lags

Committee members said a MUNIS summary of open capital projects as of June 30, 2026, will be used to reconcile departmental requests and unspent appropriations while waiting on central staff responses.
Committee member Brian O’Herlihy told colleagues he had provided Elizabeth Lusky with a MUNIS summary of open capital projects (including unspent appropriations) as of June 30, 2026 and offered help sorting the data for the committee report to the Town Manager. "B. O’Herlihy noted that he had provided E. Lusky with a MUNIS summary of open capital projects as of 6/30/2026, together with unspent appropriations, provided to him by the Finance Director," the minutes state.
Elizabeth Lusky agreed to distribute that information to committee members before the next meeting and to reach out to the Town Manager’s office for updates on open capital projects. Members discussed sending department managers a focused list of questions about open projects once managers have completed and submitted their CIP forms for FY28–32.
