The Commission received an update that one pool house window has been replaced and another replacement is pending. Members discussed the cupola plan for the pool building and agreed Chair Melissa Lopes should invite Lou to the March meeting to clarify his desired involvement.
Commissioner Lauren Killawee said she is developing an internal annual timeline/Gantt-style maintenance schedule compiling recurring tasks and responsibilities to improve continuity through volunteer turnover; she will complete the schedule and upload it to the shared drive for Commission review. The Commission also discussed potential capital-project ideas for Town Farm, including windbreaks, meadow plantings and pathway improvements, and the Chair will seek clarification from Town leadership on submission deadlines and processes for the Town’s Capital Projects Request Form.
