Selectmen accept resignations and make unanimous appointments; public hearing set for 107 Main Street lease

Selectmen also unanimously appointed Mark Gonzonsky as the Falls Village representative to the Housatonic River Commission for a term from Feb. 9, 2026 to Feb. 8, 2029, and appointed Colter Rule as alternate to serve through Sept. 7, 2028. The board accepted the resignation of Lauren Kilawee as the Recreation Commission recording secretary (effective Jan. 25, 2026); the minutes note she remains a commission member. Finally, the board set a public hearing on leasing 107 Main Street under Connecticut General Statute §7-163e for Feb. 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
