With no public commenters, the commission closed the hearing, moved to recommend the full release, and voted in favor.
Commission discussion clarified that the bond covers land‑disturbance and erosion‑control work, not larger infrastructure such as curbs or pipes; an attendee representing the project said the bond was for erosion control and that the design team would provide any checklist the council requested. The commission's recommendation will go to city council for final action.
