Planning and zoning also announced the upcoming posting for a new planning and code-enforcement staff position to replace a retiring administrator, and noted a required training session on Jan. 15 with a registration cost of $3,500. Council indicated staff should follow up on any deed or donation-related constraints tied to the Green Grove property before substantive commitments are made to a developer.
