The planning office was instructed to post public notice for the special meeting and include the necessary materials in the meeting packet.
Chair (S1) announced the adjournment during opening remarks and the motion to continue was presented and seconded by a committee member. The board took the action to avoid a hearing without the photographic simulations the applicant expected to provide.
