New headstones arrive; volunteers to uncrate and place them on existing pads

Julie Jones said two pallets of stones would be delivered and Festival Fairbanks would assist with uncrating; she told members the plan is to move stones to the prepared concrete pads and glue them in place. Julie described the physical installation as straightforward: "The stones are here. Tomorrow, they should be delivered to the cemetery, and ... we'll come over. ... They're gonna probably just deliver 2 palettes and then snip the bands."
Commissioners noted 31 concrete pads are already installed, which reduces labor needs and speeds placement; they planned a Tuesday work session to lay out and glue the stones and asked volunteers to help move markers.
