Jennifer described purchases the branch completed this year and a planned upgrade that will wait. "We we purchased 7 new chairs, and then we also are purchasing new table lamps for the public, tables out in the middle of the library," she said. A planned chandelier fixture upgrade did not proceed because tariffs and the fiscal‑year timing prevented spending the earmarked money before year end; that allocation does not roll over, she added.
