Residents say repeated water shutoffs at Brandedale Estates cause damage, risk for seniors

Terry Kwasnick, who said he has lived in Brandedale for 18 years, described coming home to find water running inside his house after a softener hose blew off when water was restored and said repeated equipment failures impose repair costs on residents with limited incomes.
No MDH or park‑owner representative responded at the meeting; residents said they would share inspection reports and photos with county staff for follow up.
