The board also authorized a high school athletic cooperative agreement with Waltonville CUSD #1 covering the 2025–26 and 2026–27 school years, approved facility-use requests for SV Rising Stars (VFW Baseball/Softball Field) and Sesser-Valier Devil Rays (Old Gym), and set 2025 graduation dates: Sesser-Valier High School on Thursday, May 22, 2025, and Sesser-Valier Junior High School on Friday, May 23, 2025. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Lance and seconded by Spence; roll-call yeas were Garner, Kirk, Lance, Menser, Packer, Sample and Spence.
