Council moves to executive session to discuss collective bargaining, personnel matters and property

The chair called for favor and 'Aye' was recorded; the council moved into executive session. The chair announced the public meeting time as 7:25 p.m. on Aug. 3, 2026 and adjourned the public portion of the work session. No deliberations from the executive session were discussed publicly during the Aug. 3 meeting.
