Council approves community bulletin board with Chamber MOU over dissent from one member

The recorded vote was Debbie Lockhart AYE, Charlie Shutt AYE, John Gray AYE, Joe Cornell AYE, Josephine Prophet AYE and Will Butler NAYE. The motion passed 5–1.
