Council approves consent calendar and FY 2023 audit; several items tabled
Summary

The council reviewed and approved the FY 2023 audit after a motion by Will Butler, seconded by Debbie Lockhart. The minutes record unanimous AYE votes for the audit approval. Separately, the council voted to table two old-business items: (1) a proposed amendment to Harrison City Code 7-2-14F concerning sewer pump-out responsibilities (motion to table by Will Butler), and (2) a proposal to include all professional fees in the building permit (motion to table by Joe Cornell). Both tabling motions recorded unanimous AYE votes.
