Ann Cooper told the committee the town may have about $5,000 possibly available to support the website project but cautioned that year-end balances remain uncertain. Members discussed using reserve funds with planned repayment next fiscal year and noted that using building repair funds might be legally possible but would likely be difficult politically.
The committee agreed to pursue whether the existing grant could reimburse ADA-related website costs. "Ann Cooper explained we may have $5,000 in potential funding, although yearend balances remain uncertain," the minutes record. Katie Fitzpatrick will contact Alyssa Sabetto to determine reimbursement eligibility, and members said they will also explore other grant opportunities and regional commission funding.
