Superintendent Mr. Henry provided a status update on the broader goal-setting process: IASB input was incorporated, a district mission statement was finalized February 10, 2025, and several preliminary goal drafts have been presented in prior months. Henry recommended the board adopt one goal-area per month as the district moves from draft SMART goals toward implementation.
