City Clerk/Treasurer Miriah Pfeiffer reported several administrative and financial items at the Dec. 9 council meeting. She said the city mailed outstanding 1998 LID invoices to property owners, distributed 2026 annual business and liquor licenses, reminded that liquor licenses expire Feb. 28, and reported that the local option tax balance is $32,773. She also stated that all city bank accounts were reconciled for November.
