Trustees approve warrants, authorize payments and adjust warrant total to $1,693,389.99
Summary
On Dec. 10 the Muttontown board approved a warrants-processing resolution, authorized the Clerk/Treasurer to process payments, and approved Resolution 25-121 reducing a warrant total by $1,030.42 to $1,693,389.99.
Deputy Mayor Sudha Prasad moved, and Trustee Michael Schloss seconded, Resolution 25-120 to approve warrants that will be audited by a majority of the board before payment and to authorize the Clerk/Treasurer to process the payments; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes record that the board authorized processing of warrants but do not list the individual warrants in the public minutes.
Under Resolution 25-121 the board approved an adjustment to a previously reported warrant total, decreasing it by $1,030.42 to a new total of $1,693,389.99. The motion was moved by Trustee Brian Fagen, seconded by Trustee Chris Economou and carried unanimously according to the minutes.
