Deputy Mayor Sudha Prasad moved, and Trustee Michael Schloss seconded, Resolution 25-120 to approve warrants that will be audited by a majority of the board before payment and to authorize the Clerk/Treasurer to process the payments; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes record that the board authorized processing of warrants but do not list the individual warrants in the public minutes.
Under Resolution 25-121 the board approved an adjustment to a previously reported warrant total, decreasing it by $1,030.42 to a new total of $1,693,389.99. The motion was moved by Trustee Brian Fagen, seconded by Trustee Chris Economou and carried unanimously according to the minutes.
