Muttontown board approves escrow refunds and adjusts warrant totals

The Board of Trustees approved refunds from escrow accounts and authorized village warrants during the Nov. 12, 2025 meeting. Trustee Michael Schloss moved to return escrow funds to three account holders: Krishna & Chandra Mehta ($5,000.00, account A-T214-0), Jordan Garrido ($1,256.50, account A-T213-4) and Sneha Raj ($3,250.00, account A-T209-5); Deputy Mayor Sudha Prasad seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also approved the processing of village warrants (Resolution 25-110), with the minutes stating the warrants will be audited by a majority of the Board before payment. Separately, the board approved an adjustment to a prior warrant total, decreasing it by $640.72 to a new total of $395,804.05 (Resolution 25-111). Those motions were moved and seconded by trustees as recorded and carried unanimously.
