Muttontown approves warrants, amends warrant total and returns escrow funds

At the June 17 meeting the board approved audited warrants and authorized the Clerk/Treasurer to process the payments (Resolution 26-64). Trustee Michael Schloss moved to amend a prior warrant total (Resolution 26-65), reducing the total by $6,961.03 for a new warrant total of $578,250.43; that amendment was carried unanimously.
The board also approved return of escrow funds by motion of Trustee Chris Economou (Resolution 26-63): 167 Muttontown LLC $2,000.00; Gurcharan Singh $3,505.00; Liberty Development $2,500.00. The minutes record the board's action to approve and audit the warrants and to authorize the Clerk/Treasurer to process payments.
