City reports higher rentals and camp participation; revenue up slightly year over year

Marcelo said total rentals increased by 23% (from 1,093 in 2024 to 1,340 in 2025) and rental revenue rose roughly 2%. Elizabeth Bagarci provided camp detail: the department offered 101 camps systemwide for ages 3–17, with 1,342 registered participants across camps and community services contract camps accounting for 914 participants; she reported gross revenue figures (community services contract camps: $220,657; tennis: $54,792; pickleball: $20,069; recreation: $19,188).
