Resident presses council for written rules, access and retention details on city surveillance cameras

"What is the reasoning behind each placement of each camera placed around our city? How is the placement determined and why?" Hillman asked, pressing the council for a written determination and for clarity on custody and public access. The mayor acknowledged the request and said staff would prepare a longer report and follow up at the next council session.
