Hemlock solar project update: next status meeting Sept. 1, escrow held for monitoring

Chair said existing engineering and legal work already done has been covered by escrow funds and that if the developer resumes activity the town will have funds to continue oversight; the next update on Hemlock is scheduled for Sept. 1.
