Southern Carolina Alliance reports $7M investment and workforce training milestones

Rhoad said work continues on the Crossroads speculative building No. 3 and that engagement with JDB Brothers, a subsidiary relationship with Inner Fiber, is expected to bring roughly $7 million in capital investment and around 40 jobs. She also announced a workforce-development milestone: welding and CDL classes at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center in Fairfax will culminate in a graduation ceremony on May 15 at 2 p.m.
Council accepted the update as information; Rhoad said additional details would be shared at the next meeting.
