The Pascagoula Redevelopment Authority met June 15 at the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and approved several routine and project items. The Board voted unanimously to renew its legal services agreement with Bryan, Nelson, Schroeder, Castigliola & Banahan, PLLC for one year (through June 15, 2027) and to accept a Memorandum of Agreement with Main Street Pascagoula for Flagship District improvements along Delmas Avenue.
Board members also ratified a previously approved payment of $248,708.01 for Joe Cloyd’s Train Depot project, noting the payment had been approved by the Mississippi Development Authority. The Board accepted the financial report dated May 31, 2026, approved the May 18, 2026 meeting minutes and reviewed a monthly project update presented by Neel‑Schaffer, Inc.
