- Appointment: Ordinance 2026-360 approved the appointment of Doris Turner to the Central Illinois Medical District Commission (vote recorded 8–0).
- Telecommunications amendment: Ordinance 2026-294 clarified a new telecommunications contract with the University of Illinois Springfield, adjusted the monthly amount to $700 and added a 500-megabit bandwidth rate; amendment and ordinance were adopted (8–0).
- CWLP AMI contract: Ordinance 2026-346 accepted proposal 25-10 with Landis+Gyr for CWLP’s AMI communication system, in an amount not to exceed $12,799,831.51 for 15 years (vote recorded 8–0).
- ARPA reobligation for Lake Springfield: Ordinance 2026-357 authorized reobligation of ARPA funds up to $710,036.12 to the Sangamon County Water Reclamation District to finish sanitary sewer work (vote recorded 8–0).
- Museum lease: Ordinance 2026-359 authorized a one-year extension of a lease with the Springfield and Central Illinois African American History Foundation for property at 11440 Monument Avenue (vote recorded 8–0).
- Organized retail crime grant: Ordinance 2026-382 authorized acceptance of an $82,000 grant from the Illinois Office of the Attorney General for the police department and passed on emergency with an 8–1 recorded vote.
These actions included requests for follow-up reporting on rollout plans and minority-participation data where projects involve major procurement or reallocated ARPA dollars.
