Police report: few fireworks complaints, evidence-room fridge via grant; Public Works reports leaks and RMSA grant

City Supervisor Houk reported Public Works crews responded to numerous water leaks following recent weather changes and announced the city was awarded an RMSA safety grant to improve and level the loading bay at the Water Treatment Plant. No policy action was taken; both items were presented as department reports.
