Barbara Graham told the Selectboard that absentee ballots for the May 6 special town meeting will be available at the Town Clerk's Office. She advised voters that, given untimely mail service, ballots should be completed on the same day they are picked up at the clerk's office to ensure timeliness.
The board accepted that absentee ballots will be handled through the clerk's office and noted staff would prepare materials once the warning and ballot language were finalized. The Selectboard also confirmed timelines and in‑office availability to align with the statutory warnings and the scheduled informational hearing on April 27.
