Rich Turner told the commission that Williamstown is "still waiting for the new flood maps" and mentioned an interim Economic Development contact, Fred Kenney. He summarized that the Moretown Town Plan had gone through its Selectboard and was approved by the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission after several recommendations.
Turner offered to circulate the Moretown plan to any commissioners who want to review it; David Traczyk expressed interest specifically in Moretown's stormwater and flood control elements, and Turner said the RPC had made recommendations on those topics. Turner also noted Moretown completed much of its plan work without a Municipal Planning Grant, funding the work locally.
