At its March 11 meeting, the Williamstown Planning Commission reviewed the updated Town Plan goals and tasks and selected Option A for the Proposed 2026 Vision Statement by unanimous consent. Chair Rich Turner described the options as "kinda say[ing] the same thing" and commissioners endorsed the more standard phrasing in Option A.
Rich Turner said the commission worked through the goals and task categories together, checked items to keep or delete, and marked priority items; the completed checklist will be scanned and forwarded to Lory Banbury at CVRPC. Susan Lyons said she will "take care of this." The commission did not record a formal vote on the vision text beyond the stated consensus and will revisit any follow-up edits as needed.
