The Selectboard approved multiple appointments at its March 9 meeting. Scott McCarthy moved to appoint Ryan Lockwood as Town Sewage Officer and Clayton Woodworth seconded; other appointments included William Graham as Civil Defense Representative and Barbara Graham and Ryan Lockwood as Green Up co-chairs. Tyler Mitchell moved to appoint Jasmine Couillard as Deputy Health Officer and to name Jasmin Couillard to the Henry S Baker Fund.
Manager Ryan Lockwood also reported hiring Melinda Martin, owner of Twinkle and Shine Cleaning Co., to maintain the Public Safety Building and Town Hall. Lockwood said Martin is fully insured, will be paid as a vendor rather than an employee, and will start on March 13, 2026. The board left the Trustee of Public Funds and Cemetery Commissioner positions vacant until April.
