The Rolla City Council voted unanimously to adopt Rolette County’s Local Emergency Operations Plan after receiving the county document. The motion was made by Damond Schemmel and seconded by Willie Fritz.
City Attorney Rachael Mickelson briefed the council on Senate Bill 2027 regarding floodplain management and said she and Tara McDougall will collaborate to prepare a draft ordinance for the council’s next meeting. No votes were recorded on the draft at this session.
