Board approves multiple policy updates and an intermunicipal girls' soccer agreement
Summary
On Jan. 13 the Board approved several second-reading policies, accepted first readings for additional administrative policies, and authorized an intermunicipal girls' soccer agreement with Lyndonville CSD for July 1, 2025–June 30, 2027 (vote 7-0).
The Board completed the second reading and approval of a set of policies (including Use of Facilities, Code of Conduct, Prohibition of Weapons, VADIR, Emergency School Closings) and reviewed first readings of multiple administrative policies related to superintendent evaluation and administrative organization.
The Board also approved an Intermunicipal Cooperation Agreement with Lyndonville Central School District to share opportunities and resources for interscholastic girls' soccer at the varsity, JV, and modified levels covering July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027. The motion passed unanimously (Yes 7, No 0).
