Avon Board approves CSEA memorandum of agreement, extends adjustments to select non‑unit positions

The Avon Board voted 5–0 to approve a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the AVON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPPORT STAFF UNIT #7306 that provides certain compensation and benefit adjustments and a Lunar New Year calendar change dated Jan. 24, 2025. The board also extended eligibility for those adjustments to several non‑bargaining positions, including the District Clerk and District Treasurer.
The resolution was presented as a routine labor agreement update and adopted without amendment. Board members recorded assent on the motion and the district will implement the agreed adjustments through payroll and personnel processes in accordance with the MOA.
