The district anticipates a total of $26,694,000 in NYS Building Aid. Officials said permanent financing has not yet been finalized and work with financial advisors is ongoing to minimize costs.
Separately, the district provided a facility roof history and warranty table for middle and high school wings, listing replacement years and warranty lengths that range from 15 to 30 years for various roof segments. District staff said they are not aware of district work that would have voided warranties.
