The Planning Commission voted by consensus to remove Section 1.15 of the draft regulations, which had required one principal building per lot, and to delete parts of Section 1.16 that limited related provisions.
"Following more discussion, the Board agreed to delete Section 1.15 which stipulated one principal building per lot as well as parts of Section 1.16 on limitations," the minutes state. The minutes do not record a roll-call vote or dissenting members; the action was recorded as the group consensus.
Chair Tony O'Meara will prepare a new draft incorporating the recent changes so the commission can review a consolidated version at a future meeting. That drafting assignment is recorded as the next step in the minutes.
