David Chappelle sworn in to Grand Prairie City Council, pledges focus on youth mentoring

He singled out longtime supporters and transition staff, saying he plans to "ask questions and bug you 100%" of city staff as he learns the role. The council paused after the swearing for family photos, and Mayor Ron Jensen and colleagues offered congratulations.
