Oconto County reports 162 youth enrolled in CLTS, five on local waiting list

Esela told members that five youth were on the county waiting list, three of whom were pending functional screens. She compared current local figures with March 2025, noting that enrollment had risen from 138 youths while the local waiting list fell from 19 to five. Esela also outlined aging-out timelines: one youth aged out in April and is awaiting enrollment into adult services, two will age out in June, and one in July.
