The Loyalton City Council on April 15 approved two small infrastructure items. First, council considered a proposal to add an additional carrier to the Verizon tower to serve T‑Mobile; after discussion it approved an agreement with Everest for the additional carrier contingent upon verification of the monthly rent.
Second, the council approved replacement of a door for Musica Sierra and requested follow‑up regarding the power hookup for that site. Both motions were made and seconded and recorded as carried unanimously. Councilmember Markum reported on the tower proposal and Councilmember S. Mcllravy reported on the Musica Sierra door replacement and said she would follow up on related power issues.
No contract amounts or rent figures were recorded in the minutes; staff follow‑up was requested to verify monthly rent for the Everest agreement and to document vendor, cost and timeline for the Musica Sierra door replacement.
