The Rolla City Council approved a Quit Claim Deed transferring Lot 11, Block 9, OTS (acquired by tax foreclosure) from the City to the Rolla Job Development Authority. The motion was made by Alex Albert and seconded by Willie Fritz; the minutes record the motion carried unanimously.
Council also approved a revised lease agreement with Nutrition United that was submitted and signed by the organization; the lease is effective May 1, 2026. The motion to approve the revised lease was made by Alex Albert and seconded by Clarence Booth and recorded as carried by unanimous vote.
