District staff presented the annual developer fee report and described how fees, interest earnings and fair‑market adjustments are reported. Staff said the district's funds are invested in the county pool and that quarterly interest allocations are distributed to the district; the 2023–24 interest summary will be finalized once the fourth quarter allocation arrives.
The report also summarized that developer fees assessed for residential and commercial/industrial development were recently increased and that the new rates will become effective on November 12. Staff said most of the fee revenues are earmarked for expansion projects at Coyote Valley and for the middle‑school gym. The board moved to accept the developer fee report and voted unanimously to do so.
